Payment Planning
Installment Plot Payment Guide
An installment plan can make land ownership more manageable, but the schedule must match your cash flow and the agreement must clearly explain every payment, deadline and consequence.
Review the payment structure
- Confirm the booking amount and whether it is refundable.
- Check the down payment, number of installments and due dates.
- Ask whether the quoted total changes with the payment period.
- Understand late fees, cancellation terms and transfer conditions.
- Keep official receipts for every payment.
Documents you should receive
Written quotation
A complete cost sheet showing the selected plot, price, payment schedule and additional charges.
Booking record
A signed booking or application document that identifies the buyer and the selected allocation.
Payment receipts
Official receipts or bank records that can be matched to the agreement and customer ledger.
Choose a realistic schedule
Keep an emergency buffer and avoid a plan that depends on uncertain income. Ask whether early payment, partial advance payment or schedule adjustment is permitted in writing.
